These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Multisource Products LLC website, services, and any products purchased or quoted through us. By using our website or submitting an RFQ, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

Multisource Products LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides fastener sourcing solutions including weld fasteners, custom-engineered fasteners, stocking programs, and 24/7 RFQ support. Our services often involve reviewing prints, CAD files, and technical specifications to source custom or specialty hardware.

• All quotes (“RFQs”) are estimates unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing is subject to material availability, market conditions, and supplier costs.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise.
• Multisource is not responsible for typographical errors or pricing updates not yet reflected online.

Custom fastener quotes may require updated pricing if material or manufacturing conditions change.

An order is considered accepted only when Multisource Products issues a written Order Confirmation.

We reserve the right to:

• Accept or reject any order
• Request additional information
• Cancel or modify orders due to supply issues, errors, or unforeseen conditions

Custom orders may require payment in advance.

For fasteners produced to customer prints, CAD data, or custom specifications:

• Customer is responsible for ensuring all drawings and specifications are accurate.
• Any deviations from prints must be communicated in writing.
• Multisource is not liable for errors or defects resulting from incorrect drawings or specifications provided by the customer.

Custom orders are non-cancellable once manufacturing begins.

• Shipping dates are estimates, not guarantees.
• Multisource is not liable for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, manufacturing issues, or events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer when goods are handed to the carrier.

Charges for special packaging, expedited freight, or international shipments may apply.

Returns require prior authorization and must meet these conditions:

• Requested within 30 days of delivery
• Unused and in original packaging
• Customer pays return shipping unless Multisource made an error

A restocking fee (typically 20–35%) may apply depending on the supplier.

Custom, print-based, engineered, or special-order items cannot be returned once ordered or manufactured.

Payment terms will be listed on the invoice.

Unless prior arrangements are made:

• Standard terms are Net 30 for approved accounts
• Late payments may result in service suspension or interest charges
• Multisource may require prepayment for large or custom orders

We reserve the right to review or revoke credit at any time.

Multisource Products LLC acts as a sourcing provider. Products are manufactured by third-party suppliers.

• All warranties, if any, are those provided by the manufacturer.
• Multisource does not provide additional warranties unless explicitly stated in writing.

Multisource is not liable for:

• Loss of production
• Delays
• Installation costs
• Consequential or incidental damages
• Losses due to misuse or improper installation

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the items involved.

Any technical advice, recommendations, or fastener guidance is given as a courtesy and should be verified by the customer’s engineering team.

Multisource is not responsible for design decisions or engineering assumptions.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and downloadable materials — is the property of Multisource Products LLC and may not be used without permission.

Use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use customer information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Lorain County or Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
